1. About this site

This website (lambertssupermkt.co.uk) is run by Lamberts Bedford (119 Midland Road, Bedford MK40 1DA, incorporated 22 August 2016). These terms cover orders placed online, by phone or in store.

2. Orders & availability

Products and prices shown are per branch and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it with your order reference. We may cancel where stock is unavailable or an age check fails.

3. Delivery & collection

Delivery windows, fees and minimum orders are shown at checkout. Click-and-collect is free. Where we use our own drivers, delivery is to the kerbside of the address given.

4. Age-restricted goods

Alcohol and vape products are 18+ and are only sold in our Bedford stores — they cannot be ordered through this website. We operate Challenge-25 and may ask anyone who looks under 25 for valid photographic ID at the till; without it we will refuse the sale.

5. Payment

Pay online by card or wallet, pay on collection, or pay cash on delivery where offered. Title to goods passes when payment is received and the goods are handed over.

6. Faults & refunds

Tell us about a problem within 14 days (call the branch). Faulty or missing items are refunded or replaced. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
